[导读]研究振荡培养对变形链球菌在两种修复材料表面粘附的影响。方法:将热凝树脂和钴铬合金试件各22个分别置于含变形链球菌悬液的试管内, 随机分成两组, 各11只试管, 分别置于上海精宏实验设备有限公司振荡培养箱和静止培养箱中培养24h。

目的:研究振荡培养对变形链球菌在两种修复材料表面粘附的影响。方法:将热凝树脂和钴铬合金试件各22个分别置于含变形链球菌悬液的试管内, 随机分成两组, 各11只试管, 分别置于振荡培养箱和静止培养箱中培养24h。测定细菌粘附量, 并进行扫描电镜观察。结果:在振荡培养条件下, 热凝树脂和钴铬合金材料表面变链菌粘附量低于同种材料静止培养组 (P<0.01) 。结论:振荡培养条件可减少变形链球菌在修复材料表面的早期粘附。

Objective:To study the adhesion of streptococcus mutans (S.mutans) to two dental restorative materials with shaking cultivation.Methods:The specimen made of acrylic resin and dental Co-Cr alloy were separately put into culture medium with S.mutans and incubated respectively in static and shaking condition for 24h.The adhesive microbial amount was determined by the clone forming unit counting method, and adhesion morphology was analyzed with scanning electron microscope (SEM) .Results:There were more adhesive microbe on materials by static cultivation method than those by shaking cultivation method (P<0.01) .Conclusion:Shaking cultivation decreased the adhesion of S.mutans to the surface of dental materials.
